Al-Fatat Boston, الفتاة بوسطن [The Young Boston] was a Syrian semi-weekly newspaper. It was published by W.E. Shakir in Massachusetts, Boston and ran from 1914-1922. The newspaper was a local publication that was headquartered at 40 Tyler Street, in Little Syria, Boston’s South End. It was tailored towards its Syrian immigrant audience, published in Arabic, and with specific coverage of the violence and destruction of Syria and the surrounding region.
