Biographical/Historical note

The music in this collection was performed by Arab Americans during the twentieth century.

Some materials have been reproduced with permission from the University Libraries Department of Special Collections at the University of California, Santa Barbara. The rest of the music was commissioned by the Khayrallah Center.

Scope/Content note

Materials in this collection include fifteen recorded tracks and two labels for Arabic records.

Record labels include: Alamphon, Arabphon, Columbia, Victor, and others.
